Troy Vealey

Troy Vealey is a licensed Title Officer who has been in the Title Insurance industry since 1987. He has a beautiful wife and three wonderful children. He is a huge fan of U of U football and the Dallas Cowboys. Vanilla Ice is the greatest and his song Ice, Ice Baby sounding like Under Pressure from Queen is purely a coincidence.
Elisa Afu
Receptionist
Elisa Afu started in the Title Department but wanted more to do, and transferred into the Escrow portion of the business. She didn’t think that she’d make a career out of it, but she’s still here. In her spare time she likes to play bingo, but since there isn’t any bingo in Utah she sews and crochets what little projects she can and thinks of different recipes to try.
Elisa enjoys short trips here and there with her family and just love living life the best she can.
Tricia Johnson
Title Examiner/Assistant
Tricia Johnson has been in the Title Insurance industry since 2000 and loves it. She’s kind and loves her family and friends. Laughter is one of her favorite aspects of life and does it a lot.
Pamela Kunz
Policy Manager
Pamela Kunz has been in the Title Insurance industry since 2001. She is enthusiastic and hardworking and loves to help out her co-workers. She enjoys camping, swimming, biking, traveling and spending as much time as she can with her family and grandchildren.
Trent Larson
Title Officer
Trent Larson has worked in the Title Insurance industry since 1980, working in Utah, California and Colorado. He spends as much time as possible with his family at their Cabin in Star Valley, Wyoming. Trent loves animals especially his two Airdale Terriers Breezee and Cooper.
Gaylen Gonzalez
Title Officer
Gaylen Gonzalez was born in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up in both Midvale, Utah and Chicago, finally settling in Utah in 1981 after being discharged from the Marines. Gaylen worked in the security industry until 2002, then moved over to the Title Insurance industry. He spends his time between his children and various hobbies and gaming.
Alai Wolfgramm

Alai Wolfgramm is new to the Title Insurance industry. She is from Provo, Utah and is a graduate of Utah Valley University where she studied Business Management with an emphasis in International Business. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching movies, traveling and taking road trips.
Hayley Curtis
Title Officer
Hayley Curtis has been in the Title Insurance industry since 2001. She loves art, reading, Crossfit, hiking, cycling, watching movies, playing video games, traveling, spending time with family and friends and studying French.
Theresa Zoani
Typist
Theresa Zoani is new to the Title Insurance industry. She goes by Terri and has two sons. She enjoys reading, riding her bike, hiking, going to movies and concerts. Terri enjoys most music with the Grateful Dead being her favorite group.
Ashlee Kunz
Policy Typist
Ashlee Kunz has been working in the Title Insurance industry since 2013 and enjoys the flexibility of working from home. In her spare time she loves to read, travel, ride her bike, and do just about anything outdoors.
