Karl Paulson grew up in the Salt Lake City, UT and started his career in the Title Insurance industry in 2004 as a Title Marketing Representative. That experience led him into mortgage origination and home warranty sales which expanded his industry knowledge and moved him to the St. George area. Karl remarried in 2015 and shares 5 children with his wife Jill. In 2016, Jill expressed interest in presenting herself as an Escrow Officer. Karl shared the vision and requested an opportunity to promote her. In 2016, their partnership came to fruition with Title Guarantee. Karl loves the great Southern Utah weather and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors.

Jill Holiday-Paulson is an identical twin who grew up in Southern California and majored in Music at SUU in Cedar City, UT. She plays all instruments, but specializes in strings. Jill had the honor of playing with groups as notable as the LA Philharmonic on the violin. She served a LDS mission in Birmingham England UK and started her own photography props company in 2009 which went worldwide in 2011. Jill has 3 children and two stepchildren ranging from age 7 to 13. Jill loves being an escrow officer and working for Title Guarantee.
